We pack every piece with care — from our studio in Albania to your door, worldwide.
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. If any delay occurs (e.g. travel or holiday closures), you’ll be notified.
Orders ship from Tirana, Albania, via tracked postal services. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
We offer combined shipping — multiple items in one order are automatically adjusted for best rates.
Your order will be securely and thoughtfully packaged, often using recycled materials to minimize waste while protecting your vintage piece.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund only the item cost, excluding the original shipping cost, once the item arrives back in its original condition.
Most parcels are delivered within 2 to 6 weeks from the shipping date.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, we will open a formal case with Albanian Post to begin an investigation.
In most cases, the item arrives within the following 2–6 weeks
If the parcel is officially declared lost by the postal service, we will issue a full refund (item + shipping)
