Vintage Max Mara waist belt made in Italy from real leather in warm cognac brown, features contrasting beige topstitching, gold-tone buckle with leather wrap, structured wide silhouette, size 40 (approx. 85–90 cm at middle hole), in very good vintage condition with light signs of wear.
