Each piece is unique — but your satisfaction matters.
We accept returns in limited cases, such as:
You received the wrong item
The item arrived with major undisclosed damage
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos, if applicable. All returns must be pre-approved.
To ensure hygiene and protect the value of unique items, we do not accept returns for:
Items bought on sale or with discount codes
Intimates and lingerie
Footwear
Items marked “final sale” in the listing
Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs fees
As each item is vintage or one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns due to fit or size.
We provide accurate flat measurements in both centimeters and inches in every listing, along with fit notes when possible.
Please read the full description carefully and compare measurements with a similar item you own. If you’re unsure — feel free to reach out. We’re happy to assist.
Approved returns must be:
Shipped back within 5 days of approval
Sent via tracked shipping
Returned in the same condition as received: clean, undamaged, and properly packaged
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
Partial Refund Guidelines
If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent, a partial refund will be issued based on the issue:

| Not returned in original packaging | Up to 10% deducted |
| Item clearly worn or used | Return may be refused entirely |
Note: These are general guidelines. Final refund decisions are based on item condition upon return.
All items are carefully inspected and described. Minor signs of age or previous use are part of their story — not considered flaws. We do our best to document every detail so you can shop confidently.
