Orders that are unclaimed or returned due to refusal of customs fees are NOT refundable.

to return an item - the buyer must agree with the seller first. The only acceptable reason is "item is not as described". Must be provided proof. (picture or video)

Returning orders will be issued only item costs, shipping costs are not refundable.
